Are energy drinks good or bad for you? They can help you in many ways to be more energized, but are they really beneficial and good for you? People have many different opinions. In my opinion its the amount you drink. I drink them because I’m always tired after school and need energy for sports and other activities. There’s been some debate on this with whether you should drink them or not. There is a bunch of pros and cons about them. If you drink too much it could be bad and even dangerous for you.
There’s a bunch of pros about energy drinks. It gives you energy if you get tired so you can get through your day and do other activities. It gives you caffeine and is better than coffee because it doesn’t have all the dairy and sugar. But there is a big con. If you drink too much it can be very dangerous. There was this girl that drank too many and it burnt a hole through her stomach. It states “The high amounts of caffeine in energy drinks, which cause the stomach to produce more acid, are most likely to blame.” is why we should be careful about how much we drink. I have talked to some people to get more information and opinions on whether they are good or bad.
It really comes down to your opinion on it. I talked to Alexa and she said ” they’re good and beneficial so you won’t be tired and you can get through your day, but it should be limited because if you drink too much then it can be bad for you”. I asked my friend Krista on what she thinks and she said ” They’re bad for you but they taste so good”. Lastly I talked to my friend Milah and she said “They’re probably bad for you”. Most of the people I have talked to think they’re bad or could be bad depending on how much you drink. What do you think?
