Fashion is a big part of the world in 2025. I asked 5 students in Lake Mary High-School which sneakers they wear the most.

First, is Abrahim, a junior. Abrahim said that he wears pumas the most. He expressed that he doesn’t care much about the shoe’s brand, they just have to be comfortable. His sneaker of choice are the high-top Pumas. Next, I interviewed Alex, a sophomore. Alex said that he likes Jordans the most and he wears them daily. He mostly wears Jordan 1’s but also has a collection of 3s and 4s. He expressed that shoe brands are important because they signify culture and style. Then, I interviewed Emma, a sophomore. Emma said that she wears UGGs slippers the most. She expressed that they are comfortable and durable. Comfort in sneakers is something that’s very important for her. She said that she likes wearing versatile sneakers that she can wear for multiple different occasions. After that, I interviewed Noah, a junior. Noah’s favorite sneaker brand is Adidas. He has a collection of adidas shoes which he uses regularly. Noah said he doesn’t care about shoe brands and price, he just looks for comfort. For him, adidas are the perfect mix of style, comfort, and quality. Lastly, I interviewed Jacob, a senior. Jacob mainly wears performance shoes such as boots or endurance sneakers. Jacob does not care about brands at all as he looks for durability and toughness.

In conclusion, in LMHS, there is a wide variety of preferences when it comes to sneakers. As fashion continues to expand, some students stay with the trusty classics while some prefer higher end ones. Which one do you prefer?
