Who likes pancakes? I do! Imagine waking up in the morning and having them for breakfast, but let me stop you right there. We want to get skinny, right? Lucky you, you have me to teach you the healthy way of eating pancakes. For this recipe you will only need 3 ingredients, which are:
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of Oats
First, smash the bananas with a fork and mix it with the eggs. Then, blend the oats until you get a flour consistency and add it to the bananas. Cook them as same as normal pancakes and finish them with some syrup on top. You will not regret making these!
If you don’t like pancakes, I have something else for you. I think most of us eat a lot of bread, however, bread is not really healthy, but if we really like it, how can we make it healthy? These are the ingredients:
First, let’s toast our bread, then we put the avocado on top and add some salt to give it some flavor. Next, make your eggs and add some salt and pepper; put the eggs on top and you’re done!
Now, if you don’t want to actually eat something in the morning, then I have the perfect smoothie you can drink. Here are the ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 Banana
- Milk
- Cocoa powder
