Interviewing LMHS Girls Soccer Captain

Interviewing+LMHS+Girls+Soccer+Captain

Brooke Susi is committed to play D1 soccer at the University of North Florida. She has been on the Lake Mary High School varsity soccer team for the past four years and was the captain of the team this year. This year she was the leading goal scorer with 13 goals and also 10 assists.

Q: What was your favorite part about your 4 years playing soccer here?

A:  My favorite part is just overall playing with the same teammates I’ve played with for the past 10 years. The bus rides home after winning are always fun and memorable too.

Q: What are you going to miss the most about being on the team?

A: I’m going to miss having something to look forward to during the weekdays and the people on the team. The environment in high school is so fun and the coaching staff is so supportive.

Q: How has it been having your little sister on the team this year?

A:  It’s been eventful. I don’t always like waiting 20 min after practice is over to take her home because she’s frolicking off with her friends but it’s really cool to play with her during games.

Q: What was the hardest part about being captain?

A:  Planning team bonding activities when everyone is busy.
