How easy is it to be a rapper?

It’s pretty easy to be a rapper honestly. You need a beat and lyrics, but the real question is how easy is it to become famous? Many sources say there is a 2% chance of you making it.  For example Polo G said that it was very hard to get where he is, back then when nobody really wanted to be a rapper it was still hard but now the competition is 10x harder cause now everyone wants to be a rapper. There is still a chance though, random people everyday get to shine a light for a second but why they don’t go anywhere is cause they don’t capitalize on it.
